You can cancel your trip at any point before the start of the trip or before accepting the parcel physically by pressing the button “Cancel”. There will be no consequences. Once you have accepted the parcel, it is your responsibility to make sure it reaches its final destination or returns to the sender. For this reason, we highly recommend travelers to stay in touch with the sender during the entire trip. You can exchange contact numbers or email addresses. Your earnings depend on your chosen pricing model, here you are free to list your own prices or choose luggage pool pricing. Secondly, it depends on the kilometers you cover and if you offer additional help during pick up or drop off of shipment.

Since we just launched, we charge 10% on the driver's earnings. This helps us maintain our platform, pay our developers to create awesome algorithms, and provide you support whenever required. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive the traveler's reward minus 10% (platform charges). We might reduce the price in the future depending on the number of transactions we process. Our aim is to give quality service at the lowest possible price.

Once the delivery is confirmed by both parties, you will receive the reward on your bank account within five working days.

It's very hard to say goodbye but for the protection of all transactions on our website, we have implemented a few rules for deleting an account. You cannot delete your account at least 24 hours after the completion of your last parcel delivery. In addition, you cannot delete your account if you have any active listings in Parcel Status (Awaiting confirmation / Awaiting payment / In progress), I'm Driver (Active Vehicles / Archived vehicles), I'm Traveler (Active travels), I'm Sender (any active listings in "Find Sender" page).

Your earnings depend on your pricing per kilogram you choose and the amount of free space that you are ready to offer and how often you travel. If you are traveling by car or a delivery van and ready to offer space for bulky items like furniture etc., Luggage Pool calculates the pricing for you according to the kilometers you cover. Here are reference prices:

  • Inside City (0-50 km) - 25€
  • Around City (51-100 km) - 50€
  • Region (101-300 km) - 75€
  • Country & Close Borders (301-800 km) - 100€
  • International (801+ km) - 150€

Luggage Pool considers a minimum secured earning for a traveler. The delivery values below that range automatically become equal to the minimum secured earnings.

  • Secured earnings for domestic deliveries: 5€ + taxes (inc. platform fees)
  • Secured earnings for International deliveries: 10€ + taxes (inc. platform fees)

For deliveries of bulky items that require space in a car trunk or a van, prices are calculated according to kilometer covered by travelers. Here are reference prices:

  • Region (101-300 km) - 75€ + taxes (inc. platform fees)

If your order includes a drive above the minimum secured earnings of a driver, then the total delivery cost is based on the kilometer pricing listed by the driver.

After your sending request is approved by a traveler, we will charge your payment card for the traveler reward. This money is kept safe in our platform account and is transferred to your traveler only when both of you confirm the delivery of the parcel / item.

Since we just started, we are charging 15% above traveler's reward. This helps us to maintain our platform, pay our developers to create awesome algorithms and provide you support whenever required. Upon checkout you might incur 3-4% payment gateway charges if you make a payment through credit card. We might even reduce the price in future depending upon the volume of transactions we process. Our aim is to give quality service at lowest prices possible.

You will be charged according to our flexible Cancellation & Refund Policy (free cancellation minus the service fees upto 3 hours before the travel start).
