How do I start offering my vehicle space?
First of all, create an account, verify phone number and update profile with important information along with a profile picture, a short introduction about yourself, and bank details for receiving payments. Then click on “Register Vehicle” to provide details of your trip and free luggage space and post your offer.
Who can rent my free vehicle space?
Any member of the Luggage Pool community can rent your free vehicle space for their private purposes. You can ask the potential sender about the purpose of shipment.
Can I choose whose item/parcel to ship?
Of course! Only you have control over your free luggage space and it is up to you to decide who you want to offer it to. You are free to accept/decline any sending requests as you feel.
Should I provide loading/unloading assistance?
It is your choice. If the sender requests additional help with carrying their stuff to the door gate and you don’t mind earning a few extra bucks, you can offer assistance.
Someone wants me to deliver an item/parcel. Are they trustworthy?
We are doing our best to bring together honest and reliable people in our luggage pooling community, but you should always double-check to be sure. Carefully check other users’ profiles, ratings, and reviews. Always ask for the parcel’s pictures and additional information about its content. Someone wants me to ship an item outside the Luggage Pooling platform. What should I do?
Definitely say NO. We only support our community members. Transactions processed through the Luggage Pool platform are secured by the Cancellation & Refund policy Stay on Luggage Pool so that we can help you in case of a problem. Once the parcel request is paid by the sender, we share contact details such as email and mobile number with users so that you can choose a convenient way of communication.
When and where can I pick up and drop off the parcel?
These details have to be discussed between you and the sender via Luggage Pool messenger. However, we always recommend meeting in a public place, like a local cafe, shopping mall, etc. Remember it is important to keep communication on our platform so that we can assist you in case of any trouble.
The parcel/item I have to ship does not correspond to the description in the sending request. What should I do?
Always check the parcel that you ship when you pick it up from the sender. Try to clarify any questions with the sender or alter your space offer. Otherwise, contact us at support@luggage-pool.com, and we will do our best to help you solve the issue.
The sender canceled shipping after approval. What shall I do?
In line with our cancellation and refund policy, you might still be eligible for a reward due to the last-moment cancellation. Please check out our Cancellation & Refund Policy in Terms & Condition for more information. Will I be charged anything if I cancel the trip?

Can I cancel an item delivery after accepting the request?
You can cancel your trip at any point before the start of the trip or before accepting the parcel physically by pressing the button “Cancel”. There will be no consequences. Once you have accepted the parcel, it is your responsibility to make sure it reaches its final destination or returns to the sender. For this reason, we highly recommend travelers to stay in touch with the sender during the entire trip. You can exchange contact numbers or email addresses. Otherwise, Luggage Pool messenger is always at your disposal.
What if the receiver of the parcel/item does not show up?
In such a case, we request you to immediately contact the sender through Luggage Pool messenger and discuss the issue. You can also contact us at support@luggage-pool.com.
How much money can I earn?
Your earnings depend on your chosen pricing model, here you are free to list your own prices or choose luggage pool pricing. Secondly, it depends on the kilometers you cover and if you offer additional help during pick up or drop off of shipment. If you want to give a special offer or the work requires more effort than your listed price, you can decide the price with the sender and ask them to apply it in the Send Request form. Special offer can be up to 10% less than your listed price. Please consider platform charges of 5% on special prices.

What fees do you charge?
Since we just launched, we charge 5% on the driver's earnings. This helps us maintain our platform, pay our developers to create awesome algorithms, and provide you support whenever required. Once the transaction is completed, you will receive the driver's reward minus 5% (platform charges). We might reduce the price in the future depending on the number of transactions we process. Our aim is to give quality service at the lowest possible price.
When do I receive money?
Once the delivery is confirmed by both parties, you will receive the reward on your bank account within five working days.
Do I have to leave a review?
We highly recommend leaving reviews about each of your luggage pooling experiences. They help us monitor the community, identify problems, and improve other users’ experience. Moreover, it helps you find the best luggage pooling partner.
Why can't I delete my account?
It's very hard to say goodbye but for the protection of all transactions on our website, we have implemented a few rules for deleting an account. You cannot delete your account at least 24 hours after the completion of your last parcel delivery. In addition, you cannot delete your account if you have any active listings in Parcel Status (Awaiting confirmation / Awaiting payment / In progress), I'm Driver (Active Vehicles / Archived vehicles), I'm Traveler (Active travels), I'm Sender (any active listings in "Find Sender" page).

If you are traveling by car or a delivery van and ready to offer space for bulky items like furniture etc., Luggage Pool calculates the pricing for you according to the kilometers you cover. Here are reference prices:
- Inside City (0-50 km) - 25€
- Around City (51-100 km) - 50€
- Region (101-300 km) - 75€
- Country & Close Borders (301-800 km) - 100€
- International (801+ km) - 150€
If you want to give a special offer or the work requires more efforts, than your listed price, you can decide the price with the sender and ask them to apply it in the Send Request form. Sender cancelled the shipping after our approval. What shall I do?
In such a situation we advise you to immediately update your free luggage space in the offer, so that other community members can still book you. According to our refund/ cancellation policy you might also be eligible for reward due to last moment cancellation. What if noone receive the parcel at the end of travel?
In such case we request you to immediately contact the sender through Luggage Pool messenger and discuss the issue. You can also contact us at support@luggage-pool.com.
After accepting the parcel delivery request, can I cancel it?
You may cancel your trip at any point before the start time of the travel or accepting the parcel physically, by pressing the button “Cancel”. There will be no consequences. After the parcel is accepted by you, it is your responsibility to make sure that parcel reaches its final destination, or back to the source. For this reason, we highly recommend for the travelers to stay in touch with the sender during the whole course of travel. You may exchange contact numbers or Email addresses. Otherwise, Luggage Pool messenger is always at your disposal.

How can I find a traveller to ship my parcel?
First of all, create an account, verify your phone number and update your profile with important information along with a profile picture, short introduction about yourself and bank details to make payments. Then fill in the search result on the homepage to find available trips. If you find the relevant trip, review its details and send your request with a detailed description of your parcel’s content to the sender by pressing “Contract Traveler”.
Are photos necessary?
Yes, photos are vital information that can increase your chances for immediately approving your request by a traveller. Moreover, we advise you to be as descriptive as possible.
Do you provide insurance?
It’s very important that your parcel / items reach safely and in the condition you sent them. Currently, we are working on improving your sending security and shortly plan to introduce the product insurance. Where can I pass my parcel to the traveler?
These details have to be discussed between you and a traveler via Luggage Pool messenger. However, we always recommend meeting in a public place, like a local cafe, shopping mall, etc. Remember that it is important to keep communication on our platform, so that we can assist you in case of any trouble.
How my shipment price is calculated for traveler?
For packages up to 5kg, a flat transaction fees of 7.5€ is considered. For packages above 5kg, 15% platform fees over the traveler charges are considered.
For deliveries of bulky items that require space in a car trunk or a van, prices are calculated according to kilometer covered by travelers. Here are reference prices:
- Inside City (0-50 km) - 25€ + 7.5€ (platform fees)
- Around City (51-100 km) - 50€ + 7.5€ (platform fees)
- Region (101-300 km) - 75€ + 15% (platform fees)
- Country & Close Borders (301-800 km) - 100€ + 15% (platform fees)

When do I pay for shipping my parcel?
After your sending request is approved by a traveler, we will charge your payment card for the traveler reward. This money is kept safe in our platform account and is transferred to your traveler only when both of you confirm the delivery of the parcel / item.

Since we just started, we are charging 15% above traveler's reward. This helps us to maintain our platform, pay our developers to create awesome algorithms and provide you support whenever required. Upon checkout you might incur 3-4% payment gateway charges if you make a payment through credit card. We might even reduce the price in future depending upon the volume of transactions we process. Our aim is to give quality service at lowest prices possible.
Do I have to leave a review?
We highly recommend leaving reviews about each of your luggage pooling experiences. They help us to monitor the community, identify the problem and improve other users in time. Moreover, it helps you to make a decision of finding the best partner for your luggage pooling.
Traveler cancelled the trip after his approval. What shall I do?
In such a situation we advise you to immediately search for another community member who corresponds to your requirements. We will process full refund, inc. platform fees within 5 working days. After making payment towards the parcel delivery, can I cancel it?
You may cancel your parcel shipping request at any point before the start time of the travel or before handing over the parcel physically to the traveler, by pressing the button “Cancel”. You will be charged according to our flexible Cancellation & Refund Policy. Once the parcel is on the way, it is your responsibility to make sure that parcel is received at its final destination. For this reason, we highly recommend the sender to stay in touch with traveler during the whole course of travel. You may exchange contact numbers or Email addresses. Otherwise, Luggage Pool messenger is always at your disposal.
What if the parcel is not delivered and Traveler marks the parcel delivered?
In such situation we request you to immediately contact the traveler through Luggage Pool messenger and discuss the issue. You can also contact us at support@luggage-pool.com and we will try our best to connect you with the traveler.
What if the driver/travel asks for another price?
Depending on your needs, driver/traveler can either give you a discount or require higher compensation than the listed price. If you agree on special price with the driver/traveler, please apply it in the Send Request form. Please consider that 15% platform charges will be added to the final delivery price and special price can be only up to 40% less than the listed price for driver and 10% less than the listed price for traveler.

What is the LP Referral Program?

Where can I find my LP Bonus?
All LP Bonuses will get credited to your LP Wallet.
What Rewards can I earn?
1. LP Bonus are coupons that can be used for future transactions, they cannot be exchanged for cash.
2. You will be rewarded with a 5€ LP Bonus for each friend you invite to use Luggage Pool. This bonus will get credited to your LP wallet which you can use for future transactions.
3. You can also earn 200€ in cash if 3 of your Referred friends make a successful transaction of 2000€ (combined) or with a minimum value of 500€ on each transaction through Luggage Pool.
How can I earn the 200€ bonus?
You can earn the 200€ cash bonus when 3 of your referred friends make a transaction of 2000€ (combined) with their transaction amounting in excess of 500€ each.
For example:
500€ + 600€ + 900€ - OK
750€ + 700€ + 550€ - OK
400€ + 600€ + 1000€ - NOT OK

Can I track my Referral status?
Yes, you can track your Referral Status on https://luggage-pool.com/referral-program
1. Completed Referrals - the number of Referral Links you have sent.
2. Sign ups - the number of Referred Friends that have signed up using your Referral Link.
3. Available credits - Total credits received.
You can also find your Pending and Available LP Bonus on your dashboard.
Who can I send Referral Links to earn the Travel Bonus?
You can refer your friends, family members and colleagues who you personally know. Please note that you cannot send Referral Links to members who already have an account on Luggage Pool.
What counts as a successful Referral?
In order for your Referrals to count, Referred Friends must sign up and complete a purchase on Luggage Pool.
How will I receive my 200€ cash payout?
You just need to add your bank details in your settings > Payout Page. Once your third friend successfully completes their transaction according to the Terms & Conditions of Referral Program, you will receive the payout in your bank account within 7 working days.
Is there a limit to the number of people I can refer?
No, you can refer as many friends as you want!
What if my Friend signs up but forgets to use the Referral link?
A Referred Friend who signs up without using the Referral Link or code cannot avail the LP reward.
Can my friend enter my Referral Link or code after creating an account?
No, your friend has to sign up and create an account using your Referral Link.
